Super spy/schoolteacher Kinki Valesco is the key. She has a clandestine relationship with both mob leaders and is used as a go between by Nic in a deal that promises to make him very rich. Nic trusts Kinki, but once she puts on the glasses she becomes Victoria Black, a deadly assassin who has no loyalty to either party.
With the fate of future crime resting in her hands and Nic becoming increasingly suspicious, Kinki/Victoria makes a move, but whose side is she on?
